​當我們有任何情緒時，身體內的能量會集結在身體某些位置上，造成了能量阻塞，不能自然流通，久而久之身體便出現問題，身邊的人事物亦因此而作出了轉變。這些能量阻塞不一定源自於今生，它可能是來自過往生，隨著我們這期生命的出生帶到身體層面上。

I knew nothing about All Love when I first attended the workshop in 2016, but deep inside my heart I knew this was the one I needed.
